the app doesn't receive calls if it's not open,if missed out on big opportunities because of the app,don't use this service if you will be expecting calls,it's for making calls but if will be receiving,I advise you look elsewhere

On Moto Edge 50 pro it worked fine. But on S25 edge there's an issue with notifications getting passed Do Not Disturb. EDIT: Upon further testing notifications work but only some of the time in DND, can't figure out why.

Update :4/13/26 See the reply to my initial review from the developer providing an email to reach out to. I did so, and received this replay, "I'm sorry you're having issues. Please reach out to the VoIP provider with it. They will contact us directly." Not Helpful at all. Notifications don't make sense. I'll clear the messages, and it will notify me about a text from a day ago. Same message notification comes across multiple times even after I've opened it.

We apologize for the frustration with that initial response. To clarify: Cloud Softphone is the app, but the VoIP service and messaging backend are managed by your provider. Notification behavior, including duplicate alerts and stale message notifications, can be affected by server-side push configuration, not just the app itself.
